The receptionists were rude and disengaging. Felt like it was an effort for them to rebook a routine appointment. No smiles, no courtesy just don't want to be there. You can also hear them talking about clients when you are in the waiting room. Very unprofessional.

I had a first rate visit dead on time and was checked out very thoroughly by the lady dentist. I was in and out in a quarter of an hour, with no need for further treatment. A thoroughly pleasing experience. Elms are first rate dentists.

I called yesterday after the Christmas break having had real discomfort with a broken tooth I got an appointment for today and though not my usual dentist, she was brilliant and has hopefully sorted my problem. Thank you

Dental exam and approach by staff very good Not happy that I can no longer remain as NHS patient I feel the practice is not equitable for people on low incomes

My experience withdrew to was Excellent. However, the receptionist I encountered was sullen and had bad attitude. A welcoming smile and a bit of enthusiasm would be well received. Maybe my standards are out dated but chewing gum isn’t very professional in my opinion.

I was straight in for my appointment at the correct time so no waiting around. The hygienist was very thorough and I felt she gave a great service and advice. It is expensive but worth it to look after your teeth.

Reception good, friendly and not slow. Hygienist was really good. Helpful and took time to explain what she was doin, products that would help and what I could do to improve my care
