I had 5 teeth removed and a new denture provided, 4 of the teeth being loose (I am getting on a bit!). The whole thing was spread over a few weeks ending up with the extractions and new denture. Everything went smoothly and the denture fits nicely.

As an extremely nervous patient, cannot praise highly enough. Very friendly, competent and professional. Everything explained and discussed. Can’t fault them all, and what a lovely dentist. Has restored my faith!

Although I couldn't get anyone on the phone, I managed to get an emergency appointment on visiting the practice. The infected tooth and subsequent extraction was done within days. The dentist was very efficient, professional and friendly. The hygienist who I saw a few days later was very lovely as well. I am extremely happy with treatment I received at the practice.

I have broken a tooth, tried to get an appointment over the phone, but it is never answered. Then left a message but nobody got back to me.

Further to my review of yesterday, when I couldn't get through on the phone, I went into the practice to ask for an emergency appointment as I had broken a tooth. I was given an appointment in just over an hour. I attended this and the treatment I received was exemplary. The tooth was inspected, a decision was made and the treatment done. My dentist was great and I came away happy. My previous complaint still stands, as you can't get through on the phone but in all other respects it's an outstanding practice.

Always satisfied when I attend this dental practice, friendly reception staff and always pleased with the hygienist I see. All round satisfaction so far. I have been with this practice for over 20 years.

Over the years I have spent quite some hours in a dentist's chair and I am very pleased to be a patient at "The Dentist". I have a very kind and caring dentist who takes great effort to explain and deliver the treatments.

Well I suffer with depression and anxiety, been in and out of hospital for the last 9 months, also made them aware when joining them my fear of dentists, now due to missed appointments when I was In hospital, they are telling me nhs policies they can’t treat me there any more, why leaving me with out a bottom dentures, along with top ones that are far to big, I’ve lost a lot of weight because of this, yes my fault because I missed appointments due to my mental health, but now have to find a dentist to take me on as a patient with long waiting lists, I don’t go out because I don’t want to be seen like this, but they have no care or support for people that go trough these mental health issues, this will be taken further on this matter, because the way I have been treat and left like this is unprofessional and damm right disregard for there patients, but funny thing is they wouldn’t bat a eyelid if I was a private paying customer,

Needed an emergency appointment for abscess and antibiotics- they saw me within a couple of hours even though I wasnt registered at the clinic. The receptionist was amazing with oodles of compassion who understood my predicament and certainly went above and beyond to accommodate me.
