Misleading, nhs find a dentist specifies this dentist is (updated on 11th May 23.) Accepting patients 17 and under. On speaking with them they informed they only accept children under 10 .

Have recently had appointments with both the dentist and hygienist. Both were very friendly and pleasant. Offered advice about possible issue with teeth, but not pressured into having further optional treatment. Am very happy with the service I have received here.

Just before Xmas my daughter had a dental emergency- broken tooth. She was registered with Dental Design Studio, but twice over over Covid and post Covid they had refused appointments, including after finishing with an orthodontist in December 2021, and being told she had a problem with one of her wisdom teeth Dental Design Studio said unless it was causing pain (it wasn't) they wouldn't see her. Then in December 2022, with the dental emergency (broken tooth) they claimed she wasn't registered as she hadn't had an appointment since before Covid (a lie she had seen the dentist for a clean before having her braces fitted in October 2020). Anyway, within 24 hours I had her registered with another NHS dental practice. And as I was a private patient at Dental Design Studio I have now gotten myself an NHS dentist as I could no longer trust my dental health to a practice that turned away a child with a dental emergency.

Attending twice within a few weeks for a minor filling repair and a regular hygiene appointment - as an NHS patient. On both occasions, I was reminded beforehand of the appointment by text, email and phone. The practice is modern, clean and covid aware. The work to be done and the reasons for it was explained clearly. The hygienist now uses an ultrasonic water based device rather than a pick for most of the work. The dental clinicians, assistants and support staff are all friendly and polite. I feel this is important for people who might be wary of visiting the dentist. The advice I have received from the dental clinicians for my dental day to day cleaning and their work to repair historic damage ( from my lacklustre brushing) has saved my teeth and gums. In 50+ years I can honestly say that they are the best dentists I've ever had.

Just back from another visit to the dentist and what lovely welcoming staff they were. Made you feel very relaxed (as much as you can be for a dentist visit) and reassured. Thank you

Staff are always friendly and helpful. This visit was with the hygienist and I couldn’t be happier. She offered advice on my dental hygiene to help me prevent problems in the future. Even when I have had a problem they have always been courteous and sorted the problem out straight away.

Your Review: I have been having checkups and treatment for about 4 years now at The Dental Design Studio. Each visit has been a real pleasure. My dentist, has found problem teeth, via xrays and filled them before I got any pain. They are remaking my bottom denture because my teeth have moved so much, due to osteoporosis and remaking my nightime mouthguard because I have ground through it. The care and treatment I receive is always "The Best" The dentist has also taught me how to clean my teeth properly and this has improved my teeth so very much. I look forward to my dentist appointments now and I would highly recommend The Dental Design Studio to anyone in need of an A1 dental surgery. Thank you for your care and looking after my smile.
