I was told last year that you would fit temp dentures until my gums shrunk back. 7 mths later I am being told I would have to pay a further £308.00 for a new set. That was not the original deal.

It is a shame that it is not acceptable to name specific people who have been very helpful for review purposes. But I would like to complement the two ladies who were on reception today as they are always completely professional, friendly and approachable and they set the tone perfectly for the dental practice. I was also very impressed indeed with the hygienist treatment that I received. It was thorough and very carefully administered by a very friendly and pleasant practitioner. Thank you.

Happy with dentist but they don’t clean and polish my teeth anymore and said they stopped doing it during COVID and won’t resume it now so now I am told to go to see their hygienist which is too expensive on top of the check up price

This was a booked appointment following on from tempirary dressing on crumbled tooth. All the staff from receptionist, Dentist and dental nurse were excellent. Dentist explained clearly after an x ray, types of crowns, costs etc.Excelkent professional care have booked for the 2 appointments for the replacement crown.
