My daughter went for her check up today. Very happy with service until I tried to book a check up for myself. I was told that because I had not seen the dentist since 2019 I had been removed from their register. I was not informed that this was happening by text or email. I had not needed to see a dentist at thought I was doing the right thing in waiting for things to settle down after Covid. A bit of common courtesy wouldn’t go a miss. My last appointment booked in 2020 was cancelled and I was not notified then Covid hit so I waited. Sorry for trying to be thoughtful. I have now paid the price without notification!!

Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. Due to our current NHS appointment available we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended. A welcoming practice, staff good, and although, my usual Dentist was not available on the day, a collegue was, and treatment was good. Praise to the team as short staffed.

From walking thur the door to leaving the practice. They are top class at what they do thwy look aftee you from start to finish i highly recommend. :)
