I had Covid and they have taken me off the list. After 18 years I’ve been a patient. Asked me to become a private patient so I could pay more cash

My original appointment was 23rd June , I rang up on the 6th of June regarding excruciating pain in my tooth and to see if I could get in early for it to be looked at . They managed to get me in a couple days later with not my original dentist , I was told I had an infection and it needed to be removed but told I had to wait till the 23rd for my original dentist to come back and then it will be removed. When I arrived for my appointment on the 23rd expecting for my tooth to be taken out like I was told , wasn’t the case and had to book another appointment 3 days later despite the pain I was in

Recently required treatment following loss of filling. Not in pain. Appointment arranged within 48 hours. Treatment completed quickly and effectively. I have always found the staff courteous and professional in their approach. Required tooth extraction last year due to chronic abcess. All procedures and treatment options explained and procedure went smoothly.
