This dental practice has very competent dentists and helpful desk staff. The quality of dental care provided by the dental staff is first class. It is disappointing that the new owners have discontinued NHS treatment. The down side for this practise is that pensioners who are now transferred as private patients and a higher cost will be looking at the treatment cost of competitive private providers.

I'm very nervous when it comes to dentists but my dentist puts me at ease everytime and is so caring. I'm so lucky to still be able to have an nhs dentist so hopefully the government give them all a decent pay rise.

Always greeted by the receptionists with a friendly smile, just what you want when visiting the dentist.lmmediateley putting you at ease..

Receptionist was very friendly. Hygienist was great. Only a few minutes late. Definitely better than my old one.

My dentist, professional, knowledgeable and very good at her job, and puts me at ease on every occasion. All round really nice person too. The practice in general and staff are excellent. Highly recommend it.

Treatment required for very painful toothache. Very sympathetic response from receptionist resulting in same day appointment. Treatment options clearly explained and carried out efficiently by dentist. Pleased to know that NHS option is still available to existing customers, but both made it clear that it would be easier and quicker to get a private regular check-up or appointment (NHS waiting time approx. 2 months).

The overall excellent service stood out for me. Because I arrived more than an hour early, due to expecting to be delayed by traffic. It was a pleasant surprise to be seen straight away by a dentist who gave me some new preventative tips for looking after my teeth. Thank you all at Tewkesbury Dental Practice. I appreciated being seen as an NHS patient as I am a pensioner.
