   The practice needs to create more NHS places for high priority patients. I had to phone various and even asked them to swap my place so my dad who's on pension credit so he can get help with his teeth. This is a big problem and the surgery needs to address this. I was told 'we don't accept new patients' when I said give my space to my dad, I'm worried, he needs it more than me. You can do better than that. Do something.
