   I had an appointment in November with a new dentist I had not seen before. The minute I walked in she was super positive and friendly. I explained that I'm slightly traumatised by going to the dentist because I feel like it's always bad news despite me taking very good care of my teeth. She gave me a check up and an x-ray and was emphathetic towards my situation. Her attitude and desire to really want to help her patients really made a positive difference to my experience. Thank you very much for the care and kindness.
