I had a tooth extracted as an emergency appointment today. The practice is very professional and has lovely friendly staff, I wasn’t waiting long to be seen and nervous to have a tooth extracted. I was made me feel at ease and the treatment was explained so I understood the full treatment information. Thank you

All receptionists on shift today were fabulous! I brought my 2 year old to the dentist for the first time and the intense miserable atmosphere from the dentist and coworker I was seeing really impacted her first visit to the dentist unfortunately. Shame.

Telephone contact is dreadful. When asked to leave a message the answer is you cannot, as the machine is full up. The dental side is excellent, the reception side is poor.

Explained my treatment really well. The nurse also explained an easier way out indtead of houng down the hill as it waz really icy. So thank you for that really appreciated.

Always a pleasant visit. Staff very helpful. Treatment and care is much appreciated, especially as I am lucky enough to receive NHS treatment.

Very friendly, professional service from entering the surgery through to my check up. I’ve been going here for over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lack of interest. Although booked for a broken tooth 3 months prior now have to wait a further 3 months for the treatment before I can use the private service I had no choice to sign up to

I was called at 4:00pm to see if I could attend my 4:30pm appointment earlier. I was at the reception desk at 4:10pm to then be seen at 4:30 which was my original appointment time? I don’t understand why I was contacted to then be seen at the same time? I was then shocked to be charged £58 for a 2 minute check up. I understand that the practise is becoming private. However, this appointment was booked 9 months in advance and would have hoped that this would have been honoured at a NHS rate.
