I hate dentists but they brilliant with scared I had dentures two fillings and an tooth taken out if I needed them to stop they'll stop .could not fault atoll thank you

I attend here for dental and hygienist appointments, they're never pushy and always really friendly and put any nerves at ease, going at your own pace.

Changed dental practice from one in Birmingham where they absolutely butchered me whilst I was pregnant. Today at Stonydelph dental practice I had two extractions with each taking about 5 mins, no issues and no pain just a bit uncomfortable as to be expected. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service and restoring my faith back into the dental industry. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly.

Writing on behalf of my 89 Year Old grandad he has nothing but great words to say about this practice from the receptionist to the dental nurses who really looked after him when he had a procedure. Couldn’t recommend this practice anymore. Absolutely fantastic.

I had to have dentures fitted due to my teeth being loose after a fall. I had my first set in November which didn’t fit properly due to my gums shrinking and not wanting to go without my front teeth I had my new teeth fitting the end of March. This set of teeth look so natural and you couldn’t tell they wasn’t my own teeth. The staff was amazing and really put me at ease throughout the whole process from start to finish so a Big thank you to you all.

Face to face experience from Reception to Dentist absolutely fine, but on a couple of occasions messages for next required action was not always received back or not completely understood by reception team, not a criticism but perhaps needs exploring further for improvements to communication. I received exactly what I requested treatment wise, and very happy with end result. My areas that I feel perhaps need looking at from a Customer Service improvement, the number of reminder emails and phone calls re appointments, I appreciate did not attends are annoying but this felt a bit over the top. Regarding communications, letters need revisiting as Covid restrictions have now changed but letters do not reflect these changes. I do not note these as criticisms just hopefully constructive comments to improvement.

Thank you for your feedback. In regards to issues with communications between the surgery and the reception team, this is most likely due to staff getting used to a recent upgrade we have had on the system which should be resolved soon. The amount of emails received is unusual as we only send an email initially when you book your appointment, followed by electronic forms that need completing prior to your appointment. You will then receive an appointment reminder 3 days prior to your appointment, followed by a courtesy confirmation call the day before. We have found that this has helped reduce the number of patients who fail to attend their appointments. Covid restrictions have changed but we are looking to implement these again due to the increase in Covid cases recently. We hope that the explanations we have outlined above will help with providing you with a better understanding of you experiences at the practice. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Very good service. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. I can always get through on the phone easily and they are always there in an emergency. My whole family go here
