   Been a patience for years. Come back after Covid to make apt. I was asked for my Dob, receptionist spoke her thoughts, 'i don't think you are here' and said she was going to check, put me on hold/cut off with no explanation? It would have been nice to have been given a reason. I feel it could be my age or i am a pensioner being 'means tested'. forcing me to go private.
