    I called up this practice to request an appointment. I wanted to book an emergency appointment for my wife. She refused to book the appointment and said to go elsewhere. She also denied me an appointment even though I am a registered patient. She is now claiming I am no longer a patient even though I have been registered there for ten years. She was incredibly rude when talking to me. When I call, she would put me on hold or tell me she will call back. But she never does call back. This is very unprofessional behaviour.

    I have called for an appointment on behalf my mother in law because her other dentist is not available until one month . The receptionist told me that if she already have a dentist that we should go there. She needed an emergency appointment due to infection that has been spreading. While I was on the phone I was asking questions and the receptionist hanged up on me ,then I have tried to call several times but no response as she didn't bother to pick up the phone. I don't recommend this practice if they treat you like that.
