Always been scared to go to the dentist but I really wish I found this dental surgery earlier because I find all the staff very friendly and caring, the dental surgeon I had explained everything she was going to do me and always asking me if I was ok making me feel comfortable, l have not missed a appointment with this surgery and I don’t intend to not like other dental surgeries I have been too, thank you for everything you have done for me

I managed to get into the dentist after always going private. I got recommended by a friend and managed to get in as under nhs which was amazing. The reception team that I met are so friendly which put my nerves at ease then when I saw my dentist and I was greeted in such a friendly way she was the most kindest dentist I have encountered. I had to have a filling on my front tooth and then was a blubbering mess but she was just so lovely and caring and explained my whole procedure. Last thing I wanted was to lose a front tooth which wasn’t that case at all and her calming manor put me at ease even tho I had tears streaming down my face. She didn’t mess about and got straight to work explain what she was doing and showed me where the problem was and her work was amazing like brilliant you can’t even tell I have had a filling. I’m so glad there my dentist now and very lucky I have the best dentist who genuinely cares about her patients which made my experience so much better. What a great team they are from start to finish they were nothing but lovely and bubbly and kind. Thanks again for the great work you done on my tooth your the best

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received at Birchngton Dental Practice. There isn't a feeling your being rushed so the next patient can be served! They show an interest in me and are passionate about doing a good job.

I have a lot of dental problems and can experience really painful tooth pain. This dental practice always try to find an emergency appointment and see me as soon as possible. When I needed more antibiotics they organised a repeat prescription - nothing is too much trouble. I genuinely can't thank this practice enough for how much they have helped me this last week.
