    This practice had improved alot from the times when the phone lines sent you up and down the queue and back again… this went on for months and months. But now we have an issue with the appointment screen.. this has not been working for at least a month. Those with poor hearing are so compromised. Surely someone can push this more?

    Over the past 18 months my wife and I have both had 3 consecutive appointments canceled. The best the practice could do is to reschedule for new appointments about 6 months into the future. the only way to get to see a dentist is when small dental issues become an emergency. The management have made no apparent plans to effectively address the long term problem. All the front line staff, both clinical and administrative, have always been pleasant and helpful in a difficult situation.

    Yet again, this practice let me down. They sent me 3 reminders of my appointment, but when I got there informed me that the dentist I was due to see had left 2 weeks ago. My husband had his last checkup cancelled weeks ago. They said they would reschedule but haven’t. There is something fundamentally wrong with this practice as their dentists keep leaving. I would change practice if I could find anywhere else.
