   the reception staff are not a friendly bunch, the one person is always chewing gum. when I needed to book an appointment there was no please or thank you or infarct not even any smiles. i felt like I was intruding. they need to have some people skills. if they have a dental manger perhaps they need to train them how to deal with the public and their patients, as anybody who is feeling nervous their whole attitude when you walk in is not great at all. on the other hand the dentist was great.
