Receptionist and dental staff all very friendly. As I'm an NHS patient I don't really have a choice but would prefer to have a dentist who knows me and my history so it's disappointing that the dentist has changed

We do always try to put a patient with the same dentist as we understand that patients build a relationship with their clinician. However, despite our best efforts to provide continuous care for our patients, unfortunately it is not always possible for a patient to see the same dentist, as various circumstances can mean it is not always possible. I have been with this practice for many years. The Dentist who I am registered with is very professional and calm. I highly recommend this practice.

Great team as usual. Been going for over 25 years. Excellent service very friendly. Dentist is professional and will not do anything that is needed but will always keep you updated with what is going on.

the receptionists know their patients by name, are helpful polite, they try to help as soon as they can, dentist & nurses are efficient also polite & friendly

I have happily used this dentist for the last 28 years. Dentist is very charming and immediately puts you at ease. Always talks through process and is very thorough. Front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. I never feel nervous here. Still offers NHS treatment too.

I phoned up at very short notice with a bad toothache the receptionist could not have been more helpful and sympathetic , I saw my dentist within a very short space of time and he was very thorough and gave me a course of action. I felt very relaxed and in safe hands.

This dentist is the best in Great Britain. He is gentle and kind and he informs you of exactly what he is doing. He puts you at ease. I think everyone is a bit frightened of dentist's. But mine is great

A very friendly team from the desk to dentist. I don’t particularly like going to the dentist but this practice make it a whole lot easier, and as pleasant an experience as possible.
