I had a new dental plate made and fitted in the dental department. It fits really well and I am really happy with it. Dental staff were really good and efficient. Pete Miller Burnley

called for a check up as this had been my dentist for many years and with covid i was thinking they were catching up with appointments etc ,when i call i was informed that i was no longer registered there i have never missed any appointment i believe they are private i was not informed so have had no time to find anywhere else this is disgraceful behaviour

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. I am sorry that you are unhappy to have not been offered an appointment at St Peter’s Centre Dental Department. Under NHS Regulations, patients have not been registered with an NHS dental practice since 2006. As a result of new commissioning arrangements, St Peters have reduced capacity to provide routine care to patients. As a result we are not currently able to offer check-up appointments. If you contact the Lancashire Dental Helpline on 0300 1234 010 they will advise you of which practices currently have spaces for NHS patients and they can also help or advise you with any dental problems you may have.

I took my child and I was made to fell bad than I already did before going In when .Not nice how spoken to me. will be making a complaint not point crying over spilt milk as I was crying. He said to me and said some words that made me fell a ready bad mum the lady how was helping him and receptionist was lovely couldn’t fault them.

I wish I had found this dentist years ago, they are kind and professional, and explain everything regarding the treatment and what to expect.
