Been with southview for a couple years now, the staff are always caring and considerate, they are very professional. Even though I've been a pest at times and needed multiple emergency appointments they have always provided and tried there very best to sort the issues out. I can't thank both the receptionists, dentists and nurses enough. So all I can say is once again Thank you ❤️. You have all went above and beyond, my tooth has stopped hurting which the dental hospital could not resolve so thank you thank you and did I say thank you. See you all again at my next appointment.

My wife's appointment was sent to my phone I thought it was meant for me .when I turned up at the time they said i missed my appointment it was 9.00 am the wife's was 9.20 we arrived 9.10 am but we're in area at 8.50 am .apparently my reminder was sent to an unknown number. ( my fault apparently) I'm 70 years of age cannot afford private treatment no one in area taking mgs patients on what am I supposed to do I have been with this practice over 30 years I am bitterly disappointed I thought they got my name wrong but (they did not have my phone number sent my reminder to someone else) my fault thanks again Malcolm.

i had an apt today at 3pm. went to dentist 2.50pm was told by reception didnt have an apt. then told dentist had cancelled apt no one told me. then reception said not their fault , felt as if i was spoken to like im 5yrs old. yes im angry . as there is no communication in this practice . I have wasted a whole day . as i was invited to a day out but said sorry im going to dentist. so i thought . all was needed was a phone this morning to say apt cancelled
