On time and proved very efficient - and thorough too. Dentist and assistant both very pleasant. Receptionist also pleasant and efficent

Always a warm and friendly welcome when I attend. Nothing is ever too much trouble, from the reception, to the dental nurse, therapist and dentists. Trying their best to accommadate me even though the staff are obvioulsy under pressure with being so busy. Thank you to the whole team.

Went in to make an appointment only to be told that they don’t have a dentist! and that they couldn’t even give me a date of when I could book in. I would also like to comment on the state of the clearly unused treatment room. The door was wide open and the clutter was piled high! Not very welcoming.

Hi, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. Due to our current NHS appointment available we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended. We are only able to offer appointments subject to capacity. I am sorry that we have been unable to assist you at this time. In reference to the treatment room, the practice is currently being decorated and the room you saw is being utilised as a temporary stock/equipment room whilst undergoing this, we can assure you that once these works have been completed this will be rectified.
