Been there 6 times over 3 months for a root canal, which still hasn't been completed. Ended up having to deal with a full blown infection which was missed multiple times

After waiting on the line for 20 - 30 minutes to book an emergency appointment the receptionist answered - could barely hear her for starters and she fell silent a few times when I was trying to understand what she was saying. When I asked 'Is there any appointments this afternoon?' she said 'No.' and put the phone down very abruptly.

Incredibly rude receptionist! Called to ask about taking on new patients, I didn’t even finish talking before she told me “no new patients thank you, bye bye!” Before slamming the phone down. I couldn’t even finish speaking to her, I had another question to ask. Based on this I would never visit this dental practice!

Called to make an appointment as a new patient due to the nhs page saying they had spaces which this practice updated April. The lady was so rude over the phone told me to call back in September, I explained about the nhs page stating they had places to be told with an attitude she doesn't have time to keep updating that, then she hung up on me.
