So surprised they were open Christmas eve. Had severe tooth ache. Was seen with in ten minutes. The staff where friendly and approachable. They saved my familys Christmas. Thank you

Had an urgent appointment for swollen gums, had a prescription and had to leave to Manchester . 4 pharmacies refused to give Medicines without surgery stamp. Next day had travel to back all the way to get prescription stamped. Went to receptionist and complained, instead of apologetic very rudely blaming back on me that I didn’t take the prescription to the receptionist. And telling me rudely take your the Sergeant:

The receptionist was extremely rude, did not have any care, or compassion. My mother in law is deaf and is unable to speak. The receptionist did not allow my mother in law time to express herself. She was very abrupt, and unprofessional.
