My 93 year old father needed an urgent dental appointment via 111. Referred to this practice. Excellent service from very pleasant receptionists to great dentist and nurse. Problem identified. Have not experienced such care for years. Thank you Smile 360 xx

Personalised experience with high sense of respinsibility and commitment. From the reception, Nurse to the Doctor were with touch of excellence. The Doctor was professional and passionate

Referred to this practice via 111 nhs call I made late on a Sat night, re very bad tooth ache. Got appt for Sunday morning. The 3 staff I saw were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to have an extraction. The dentist explained the procedure and the aftercare, and did an almost pain free job. I was very satisfied.

With it being easter bank holiday, I went in as an emergency. I seriously needed pain-relief, be it tablets or have temporary work carried out, however, the dentist said there's nothing wrong with my teeth so there's nothing he can do for the pain. He knew I wouldnt be seen by a dentist till 4 days later, he saw the agony I was in but, still decided to count me as a "number" as oppose to a patient and get paid for "seeing me" and doing nothing for me to help. I asked him again if there's anything he can do to help relieve my pain and his response was "I dont like to repeat myself". I didnt question his rudeness, I was in far too much pain tbh, i said nothing further as it would waste more of my time. I left accepting that this dentist doesnt care for his patients. My pain went from bad to worse so I had to call for another emergency appt elsewhere. At this second surgery, I was told I have an infection, alot of decay and was prescribed antibiotics after a temporary filling was put in.
