   I recently signed up my daughter for an appointment at this dental practice, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When we arrived 10 minutes early, there were three receptionists at the counter, but none of them acknowledged our arrival. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I had to ask about checking in for the appointment. We then proceeded to wait for 40 minutes, while every person who arrived before and after us was seen by the dentist. I became concerned and asked if they had forgotten about us. The receptionist said they would message the dentist to inquire about the wait time. After another 10 minutes of waiting and no response from the receptionist, I asked if we were still being seen or if we should leave. The receptionist simply said it was fine to leave without providing any information about the dentist's availability or offering an apology. At that point, I felt frustrated and decided it was pointless to wait any longer, so we left without receiving any dental care. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism from the receptionists and the overall disregard for our time. I hope this review can help improve the service at the dental practice and prevent similar experiences for other patients.
