   Not able to access an NHS dentist for 2 years. Obtained a late emergency appointment on a Saturday afternoon because I was in agony. Receptionist kind and friendly. Dentist brilliant. Put me at my ease. Talked me through process - more importantly - dentist was very kind to me. Very grateful to be seen at all - but Dentist was marvellous. Thank you for being an NHS dentist. Thank you for working at the weekend. And thank you for being good at what you do
