They booked my appointment a week early, then rang me up to request an additional £30 to re book, whilst keeping the £65 I had already paid. I had to join another practice and wait for an appointment there. Racket!!!

All our patient contacts are recorded in the patient notes. I can’t understand how the appointment was missed as three reminders containing the date and time (two emails and one SMS) had been sent. We make a £35 fail to attend charge because every month missed appointments cost us 11-12 hours of clinical time. Our £35 for failing to attend an appointment charge does not cover these costs.

I can't sing this dental practice,s praises enough very caring and understanding any questions about your treatment are answered and explained if there were more dentists like this all fears of dentist wouldn't exist.thank you all at the practice from the receptionists to the dentists great team
