Having had problems with my previous lower dental plate I tried this private practice and very pleased that i did. I have only had my new plate today but it far more comfortable already and I have complete confidence in the Dental Doctors at Serenity. Thank you

I have attended this dentist regularly since relaxation of Coid restrictions. THey are kind and thoughtful, giving clear exlanations about treatment required.Different options are sometimes discussed but no pressure placed. It is clear that they know exactly what they are doing and treatment is painfree. Always left feeling that they are there for you.

I was immediately put at ease and every step was talked through. Very pleased with my treatment. Staff are lovely. Very friendly practice.

I started with this practice earlier this year, and after a few visits I can honestly say that all the team are kind and thoughtful. Always checking your comfort, giving plenty of advice.

My appointment was for 9.15am on Thursday 14th April 2022. I called the practice the day before to see if I could possibly make the appointment a little later in the morning. I left a message on the answerphone but did not receive a call back. I therefore decided to keep my appointment and I arrived just after 9.00am on the morning of the 14th April for my 9.15 scheduled appointment. I made the receptionist aware that I had left a message the day before and not had a call back. I did not receive an apology just a passing comment, `I will check the machine later as I was not in yesterday`. That was disappointing. I sat in reception and was still sat there at 9.25am and my dentist had not arrived for work. I was about to leave when he arrived. I was called through by the young assistant who did not even have the courtesy to apologise to me for the delay. I had even paid for the service up front ! I made the dentist aware that I was about to leave as my appointment was for 9.15 and here was me finally being seen at nearly 9.30am. Once again, I did not receive an apology. I found my whole experience very frustrating and lacking in good customer service. I just felt that nobody cared. The only good service I received was regarding my teeth and good advice. I am sure that other dentists can also offer good dental advice and care. However, this practice is local to me and convenient and that is why I use it. My job involves giving people good customer service and I would expect to receive the same. Surely not too much to ask.

My son has autism, the dentist took time to explain everything, before he did anything. Took a lot of the fear away
