Review titled Terrible practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 04 July 2023
Just been told that both my children have been deregistered for two non-attendance in 4 years. There was no non attendance at all, but even if there were, guidelines state that this should only be a result of many missed appointments. Also, the practice has a responsibility to write to inform you of a potential deregistration. This is just bad practice. I know that I am not alone in this, either - it has happened to other people who I know, so it looks like a deliberate policy. Needs investigating

I phoned this morning with a painful and sensitive mouth/teeth. Within 3 hours I was in the chair receiving treatment. Whilst I realise I was enormously lucky as this would not always be possible at all, I am so impressed with the way I was treated, from the lovely receptionist and dental assistant to the dentist himself. I am so grateful to you all and have always felt this surgery is one to treasure. A sincere thank you and you are a total credit to the NHS. 26.08.22
