Everything was excellent. I was a low-urgent emergency and the practise is short staffed. They explained what to do and within two days I was able to get a short notice appointment and my tooth received a permanent filling.

Went onto the Triage list as I was looking for an emergency appointment and was called in within 2 hours, where the problem was rectified without fuss.

I was seen as an emergency for broken tooth that was irritating a polyp. Both dentist and dental nurse were friendly and engaging and the treatment was carried out quickly and efficiently. Future dental options were explained to me prior to leaving the surgery.

Had a check up and scrape of teeth. Was surprised I needed fillings but was treated very well and surprised at the painless procedure. Treated very well by Dentist and Dental Assistant.

Was sent a reminder of my appointment; was received /treated in a friendly manner ; was seen not bang on time but reasonably promptly. Treatment (hygiene appointment) carried out effectively.

Reception was very helpful! It had bern over 4years since my last visit ( due to Covid) could only be seen as ‘emergency’ so NO check ups in all that time - dentist vacancy ! Previous history needed trip to Hygienist in Worcester for ‘deep under gum treatment’ Nasty ! Wanted Check up/ cleaning to ensure this was not going to be repeated!!! But all I managed was to get some ‘remedial’ minor task to cover sharp she on molar filling ? No looking to see why my mouth was sore ? Occasionally spitting blood, bad taste etc ??? Charged the basic fee £28+ !!! Ferl did- satisfied with this as surely as my previous dentist was part of Rodetrcks they have some responsibility for my dental care ??!!
