If ever you can have a great experience visiting a dentist I am not sure but visiting this practice would be a close as you can get. Really helpful staff and the Dentist I had the pleasure of was courteous, sympathetic with a good sense of humour, which always helps. Would recommend to anyone that will listen.

£50 for 25 minutes of a tooth clean. No scraping of plack or whatever. Seems too keen on making money not giving good value.

I am a bit of a nervous patient, but the dentist was great and very professional. Put me at ease and was very informative about what needed doing. The receptionist is also very approachable and happy to help.

As I have a fear of dentist I felt totally relaxed and at ease. The whole experience was one of calm and would recommend this practice

Started with an emergency appointment at short notice, followed by nearly 6 months of investigative treatments resulting in a solution to the problem. Everything carefully explained as it went along and all work carried out to a very high standard. Would recommend totally.

I arrived for my check up appointment, checked in & sat waiting for 20mins while the reception staff (all 3) were totally distracted by the card machine that wasn't working. Another patient was called in whose appointment was 20mins after mine. I asked why I was still waiting to be told that I hadn't been checked in properly so the dentist wasn't aware I'd arrived. I was told to sit back down & wait.....!!! Bearing in mind, patients are told they will be charged for non-attendance & cancellations. Its not acceptable to waste patients time either! Why it needed 3 staff to deal with one problem whilst neglecting patients who were waiting for appointments is beyond me. Not a very good experience at all. Needless to say, I rebooked my appointment as couldn't wait another 20-30 minutes.

I had not visited a dentist in a long time I had to have a filling removed and redone I was in and out within 30 minutes very pleasant experience Thank you ☺️
