The dentist and assistant were very calming and made me feel safe. Kept me well informed as to what was going on. The information that i was given was very informative and enabled me to make a decision.

Ran a little late for appointment time but hardly much at all so not a big issue. Thorough check and explanation about how my mouth was in general and what to expect and my next appointment. All staff friendly and welcoming.

I was confused as to wish tooth needed filling as my filling came out so l kept saying it was the bottom tooth , but the dentist was fine when l realised l had got the wrong one when l was confinced it was the one l thought it was she was actually very patient l find the dentist very difficult.

My dentist is so reassuring and explains everything. Also she never puts me under pressure or rushes me. She genuinely cares for my welfare and other patients agree with me
