Have my braces on for now the fifth year. Quite possibly had more cancelled appointments than not. Been told I’d be getting braces off at the “next appointment” since before Christmas last year. Went today thinking I’d be getting them off to wait for half an hour since they were running late; just to be told that my teeth are perfect so they won’t be touching them. My appointment to “get them off” is now two months away. Appointment today was a complete waste of time.

My daughter was referred for braces and has been attending for a few months now. All staff are really friendly and excellent at explaining every step to her so she fully understands her commitment to maintaining her braces. The results we can see in such a short time are incredible and we are looking forward to the finished results. Highly recommend.
