   Avoid at all cost, rude receptionist, rude dentist. Had a horrible experience, the doc took my filling out of my tooth, and told me to make an appoint ment to re do the filling, with out asking me before taking the filling out, I couldn’t make another appointment there and then because I wasn’t sure about my work rota, my teeth began hurting to an extent I wasn’t sleeping at night, called the dentist for an appointment and was told the dentist was on holiday and wouldn’t be back for a month and none of the other dentist new how to do a filling. I ended up with an infection had to get an emergency appointment else where, am on antibiotics and the other dentist has said the tooth needs to come out. I called rose lane to explain all this and the receptionist as usual was rude and hung up on me. When I went in for my appointment the first time she had head phones in talking out loud on the phone while dealing With patients and had loud music on. Really unpleasant experience, leaving me having to take my whole tooth out.
