   1. Was originally told there were no emergency appointments for my son for 5 weeks but after begging was asked to attend the very next day 2. Confirmation of a cavity that needed treatment was made. No appointments for 14 days despite my son being in pain 3. Returned on 14th day to wait for 40 minutes before being told that no procedure would take place as a root canal was now recommended and it necessitated more time than could be given that day. New appointment made for 7 days later. 4. One hour prior to the new appointment we received a call to say the appointment was going to have to be cancelled. 5. No explanation as to why the care was so negligent when the patient has been in pain each day attempting to concentrate during thus exam season.
