   I’ve been with this practice for years and feel very lucky. Today I got a same day appointment (for my bad toothache), this is normal. I have had some awful dentists in the past who have been rude, bullying, incompetent and uncaring. My dentist here has been the opposite: Friendly, respectful, professional and sympathetic. I actually almost feel relaxed when I visit.
