This is the first time with this dentist and he was very nice and gentle. However the first impressions of the practice wasn’t great, staff sat eating breakfast and talking could this not happen in a room away from the clients?

Never seen the dentist before who we have just seen but wow! He was amazing! Was so good with my 4 year old who has never let a dentist look at her teeth properly but he took his time with her and let her see the instruments and she let him have a proper look at her teeth with no tears! We both left very happy! Me without a crying child and her with her princess sticker, so sorry I didn’t catch his name!

The new dentist, tommy i think was lovely most gentle dentist ive ever seen im usually wringing my hands whilst in chair but this time i was quite calm, thank you

I was seen on time Dentist and nurse were both very positive and gave advice about daily dental care As I came out of the consultation room I felt a little dizzy the reception staff ensured I was ok and gave me a glass of water

Was kept waiting for half an hour and felt it was all rushed. The filling hasn't worked and I will be contacting the practice to get it doe again!

Excellent all round service from all staff. The dentist was outstanding and treated me with respect and made me feel like I was valued. The dental service I received was outstanding and no amount of tweaks were a problem and continued like this until we were both satisfied with the end result. Although my treatment was paid for on the NHS I felt like a private patient. Thank You

Reception staff , and dental nurse were both very friendly in what can be a worrying environment for done . The dentist was also very friendly and put you at ease .
