Had a great dentist until it was taken over this year! Cancelled both my appointments and now can’t rebook as you are left on hold for ever!!! Obviously they are not paying attention to any of the other reviews with similar! Needs sorting asap

Always found the dentist and their work here to be good. However they have now cancelled my scheduled check up a number of times and it's very difficult to arrange another. Only emergency appointments being offered to NHS patients, which are scarce and hard to book.

Used to be a lovely dentist. Now we’ve had the last 2 appointments cancelled with no reasoning. You have to phone on the first of the month to try and get an appointment in 2 months time. So far today I’ve spent 3.5 hours on the phone, 1 hour of that is with me as number 1 in the queue. Avoid. Total shambles.

Always cancelling appointments. When I have to booked new appointment they never answer the phone. There is know answering service either.

The hygienist was very pleasent,she made me feel at ease. It was a nice to feel that she was taking a real interest in you.
