Took grandsons to dentist from school for check up. Booked in told to sit down. Kids getting restless as waiting 20 minutes past appointment staff never said anything about delay octagon for one. Another lady was in after my grandsons but seen before as arrived before us even though we got there before our appointment time! 35 minutes after our appointment we got seen. I told the dentist- who had no dental nurse doing the admin - it wasn’t good enough that no one said anything to us when we arrived and that he saw another patient whose appointment was after ours before us - didn’t really seem bothered. This has also happened again since this last visit.

Great dentist has lots of patience, and is kind and understanding, which I need as I have health anxiety, the dentist explained everything that was being done step, by step really put my mind at ease and anxiety defo would recommend as a good dentist to go to :-)

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the dentist really puts you at ease, I'm sure I'm not alone in fearing a dental appointment, but I can honestly say I came away feeling at ease.
