I was on their NHS register for 10 years and had regular checkups and treatment. This practice then decided to go private and told me and all their NHS clients that they would no longer offer NHS care and I had to pay private rates

The way I was treated here was shocking.... before covid I was on the verge of been referred to the hospital due to bone loss and I kept ringing for an appointment but they weren't seeing anyone just yet due to covid catch up .... but reassured me I was still on the list.Afew months later I get an email to say they're going private and I would have to to pay.Leaving me in limbo regarding my bone loss.I then ring to make my 9 year old son an appointment to then be told he's no longer under them too putting his dental health at risk they jist don't seem to care at all and the way that things were done were disgusting .....all about money making no care for the,previous patients at all ..... very dissapointing !!!!!!!!
