   I have been a client of Pavilion Dental Centre for many years and absolutely loved my dentist there. But since she left, I have been pushed from pillar to post whenever I tried to book an appointment. The last in a series of repeat cancellations was very recent when I had booked one dentist appointment and one hygienist appointment in the same afternoon. I booked the afternoon off work in order to attend them and used public transport to get to the surgery, all costing me money, only to find out that both my appointments had been cancelled. Although I had got a message asking me to call them back, I got no answer when I did, half a dozen times in two days. In the end, I had to go to the desk to be informed of the news. If you're looking for reliability, keep looking.

   I have been a patient of Pavilion Dental Centre for just over a year, following the unexpected 'disappearance' of my previous dentist during Covid. The level of customer service and attentive professionalism I have received has been exceptional. From the lovely welcome at reception to the dedication and patience of the hygienist and the gentle work completed by their dentists, I have felt listened to and reassured ever step of the way!
