I brought my 9 year old son in today (22/4/24) with an emergency. He had injured himself at school and was in need of urgent care from his dentist. I just want to praise and thank all the staff at park road dental practice. From the moment I rang up the care was exceptional. The lady on the phone immediately sorted us a slot and as soon as we arrived we were seen too. The dental nurse and her assistant were fantastic, Put my son at ease and explained everything. He was given first class treatment and he left In very bright spirits than when he came in! A big thank you to all the staff for brilliant service.

I went to this practice to have a few fillings, and I was very impressed by the professionalism shown. I mentioned to the dentist that I didn’t like the water jet, and he showed great patience and sensitivity making sure that I was always comfortable, and that I always knew what was going on. And I was very pleased with the result too. The reception staff are efficient, and the standard of dental care provided by the dentist and dental nurse was of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

From initial appointment, treatment plan, subsequent visits, the dentist, dental nurse and reception staff are excellent. Staff are friendly, helpful and reassuring. This practice has provided exceptional care to me so thank you to the staff. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
