Having neglected my Dental Health for over two decades and having to by Emergency frantically search for a Dentist, this was the first Dentist out of so many that welcomed me. Given the pain I was in and how nerve racked I was (pun intended) I was seen by one of the Dentist who completely put me at ease! I was quickly calmed & walked through the whole process and it went really well! I highly recommend this Dental Surgery and I thank the super helpful staff and Dentists who took care of me & also that too at short notice. I cant say enough about Park Dental Surgery from the Reception to the Dentist! Great experience, lovely staff and really and a pleasant and informative experience.

I have attended this Practice for well over 40 years. Although I do not live in the local area I have continued to be a patient. Unsurprisingly during that time I have experienced issues with my oral health. The dental treatment I have received is consistently excellent. What is particularly impressive is the detailed explanation of any problems and possible solutions is always clear and comprehensive with the final decision left to myself. Moreover the welcome and the manner in which I am received by all staff is always courteous and helpful.

This is one of my best experiences in my life time. The dentist is excellent and the staff are absolutely brilliant. This is the best dental practice and I would recommend it highly to anyone. I really have no words to say how good they are. In terms of treatment and after care This dental practice gets get ten out ten from me. Any one looking for a dental practice or a dentist then This is the best dental practice in Birmingham. The treatment I received was excellent and I am very happy. The best dentist and staff in the whole of Birmingham

No disabled access, my son with injured legs (walking with crutches) had to go upstairs. I book time off my work and take children out of school time for their appointment, I always had to wait over 40 minutes the booked time which results in lost hours of work and education for children. The traffic and parking situation is terrible. And they have a policy of not seeing the patient if you are 10 minutes late to appointment. I was over 10 minutes once (it was peak time, school traffic and all) and was told that the next appointment available is after 8 weeks. No consideration for a child (in crutches) who had to walk from a distance and was 10 minutes over his time. The dentist/nurse have been average, but booking system makes it very hard to get an appointment. 5-seat waiting room where you along with many others have to wait an average of over 30 minutes for your appointment. Highly unlikely to get emergency appointment via phone. I am working parent and although the surgery claims to be open on Saturdays but i have never had a routine appointment available on Saturdays (we are talking 6 month reviews for children, so had no Saturday appointments for next 6 months) I have been with this practice for 11 years and now switching.

My 1st visit since the new owner taken over , not impressed , no glasses to ware when having treatment, no tissue around my neck , and no mouth wash after , disappointed
