The receptionist would benefit from retraining in patient focused care, when I called to confirm my appointment time & day the snappy tone of the receptionist voice made it clear my call was an inconvenience. I have an auto immune condition which causes brain fog. I'm forgetful. It's not nice being made to feel like a simple question is a huge inconvenience. Do better

Thank you for taking the time to review our practice. I'm sorry you feel you were an inconvenience to our reception staff. We do try to make patient's management of their appointments easier by emailing a confirmation of the appointment and then sending a reminder as well. Our reception staff are extremely busy and work under difficult conditions at times, but I'm sure they will "do better" in future.

I had to ring today with issues around a referral. I could tell I'd phoned at a busy time having been asked to hold for a bit but the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. She was very patient with me and explained things in detail. Would recommend this practice to anyone, great staff

Having not been to a dentist for years I finally plucked up courage and booked an appointment. I have just been in today and had 3 fillings and a clean and polish. May I say that the Dentist I saw put me at my ease and told me everything she was going to do and did a thoroughly professional job and both and both herself and her nurse were fantastic. These ladies have restored my faith in Dentist's

Had toothache last week and was seen and treated on the day I rang. All staff very helpful and friendly. Treatment pain free and the dentist checked I was ok every step of the way.

I’ve been with this dentist for ten years, I’ve missed one appointment in June 2021 because of coronavirus and then I had an appointment three weeks ago but they cancelled it day before and changed it, I’ve then got the day wrong. I’ve phoned up to rebook and apologise and they said ring back tomorrow to try get in, I was going on holiday so couldn’t go then, I feel they have taking me off their register. I feel they have not give me a chance, as I’ve been there for over ten years and missed two appointments. I’m now struggling to find another dentist. I would even pay for the appointment I missed but receptions was rude and didn’t want to listen. I feel let down by this NHS practice

We follow a procedure for removing patients from our list but sometimes human error can occur. Cancelled in advance I must add 3 check ups, twice due to Covid, either myself or a close family member having tested positive, once due to being called away for work unexpectedly. Each time 48 hours advance notice, unfortunate but the times that we live in. Struck off, only been going there 42 years. Never missed an appointment previously, always called in advance to re-arrange these appointments to allow the slot to be re booked by someone else. Nice.

After trying to see a dentist for well over a year due to covid I have finally found a practice I love! Please don't confused this practice with others with the same name! I was wary after an experience at another pb but I'm so happy I tried this one as its brilliant! Thankyou!
