   On the 24th of May I called the surgery. I'd broken a wisdom tooth the evening before. I didn't need to or want to phone 111 and use the most expensive route of dental care. But then the staff member I spoke to informed me that I had been removed from the patient list as I had not been to the practice since 2019. I had to pay privately to have the tooth extracted. I don't think this is at all fair - so it appears that unless you continually use the practice you are just removed ??
