   Been trying to contact Oracle Dental Group, Bromley Road, Colchester for days and days. Ringing after the 8-10am rush and it either drops out or just goes round in a recorded loop. I am trying to cancel an appointment on my wife's behalf, so at present they will not know she will not be turning up and will have a no show for this appointment slot. Poor service.

   I found the practice helpful and caring when I required an emergency appointment. The reception staff went above and beyond despite high demand for urgent appointments
