Was seen on time, dentist was caring, practice was clean. Happy with the treatment I’ve received so far. Had no rouble getting though on the phone

Poor service for those with hearing/deafness difficulties. Dental nurse calls from around a corner and behind a mask expecting a patient who is very dependant on lip reading to understand what has been said. Practice needs to be more inclusive.
