As someone needing extensive restoration work, I was terrified of starting treatment. Odontica went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the work. Can't recommend highly enough.

Dodgy service - was registered as an NHS patient in 2018, but repeatedly advised that a check-up wasn't necessary. Now when I have toothache and need NHS emergency treatment I am told I can only have a private appointment as I've not seen an NHS dentist, despite being told previously I didn't need to. Seems like profiteering to me, certainly shockingly bad care.

I see the hygienist twice a year. It's a professional and thorough service, made pleasant by the hygienist in question. When you look forward to seeing the hygienist, something must be very well done.
