   Despite the website saying that they are accepting NHS patients, the nurse covering for the receptionist was completely useless over the phone. I had to push to get added to a waiting list since they are not accepting new patients, and they could not even give me a very rough timeline as to when one might be able to book. As a joke I then asked, "and if I wish to go private?", and by magic her demeanor changed and I could sign up for an appointment instantly! Shameful.
