Have never had good treatment started with yrs ago in Richmond she caused me life long problems to bad treatment with added mixture of abuse and very disturbing conduct of staff dentists in kensington to equally bad in bayswater after 3 yrs of no dentist yet I meet alleged refugees all the time with perfect teeth and reg with dentists which is the truth why there aren't enough.

My mum died before Christmas and so missed an appointment having never missed an appointment before. The letter that was sent was disgusting. Whilst I understand the need for people to attend, the phrasing needs improving. When I called to inform them of her passing, they were not interested at all in feedback about how the letter could be improved and not even a 'sorry for your loss'. I am just glad I don't live in Calne and have to use this practice. No wonder everyone I know there goes to Chippenham for dental services

Snapped off a previously repaired lateral incisor leaving me looking like a pirate. Dentist should've been off on holiday but stayed back late to do- at the drop of a hat- the most incredible technically impressive and visually perfect repair work I've ever seen...and I've had alot of dental work. It even included removing the root. To top it all - zero pain afterwards. There are dentists...and then are dentists like this. Spectacular skill.

A terrible experience with one of the receptionists at this practice, very rude and unwelcoming. Perhaps some customer service training required.

Was able to book an emergency appointment within about 3 hours of ringing. Reception was kind and professional, as well as the dentists themselves.

Rothwell Dental Care is a clean, modern practise that has wonderful staff. I have been going to Rothwell Dental Care for many years now and the team are amazing. They work really hard to give you the best results and smile! I have had a few emergency issues with my teeth and they have been able to give me an appointment swiftly to help ease my pain and anxiety. Like a lot of people, I have worried about visiting the dentist in the past, but at Rothwell Dental Care I am made to feel at ease. You are given honest feedback on the health and hygiene of your teeth and work is only done when necessary. My daughter is also a patient here (first visit when she was 3) and she loves her visits to the dentist and is always over the moon to get stickers and a warm welcome by all. My overall experiences at Rothwell Dental Care have always been fantastic. You can feel safe in their hands. Recently had a crown fitted, needed two appointments in kick succession and they were really flexible on times. The crown colour is a great match to the rest of my teeth.

Had tooth ache rang and got an appointment same day. Dentist checked the tooth over then gave me an ex ray. Shown me my tooth on his screen and explained in good detail what was happening. We have been with this practice for over 30 years they are amazing. Thank you for all your advice and treatment over the years we really appreciate it.

I had an emergency appointment, the dentist gave me excellent advice and eased my anxiety. The group practice receptionist was extremely kind friendly and helpful and made me at ease.

Your Review: Attended with wife who was a witness outside surgery plus recorded all and advised was recording . Dentist refused to carry out any work till I went private for my overbite. This is considering that this practice has treated me for the last 9 years considering my “Overbite” He was unprofessional , confrontational and untruthful . Telling me my composite fillings carried out on previous visit all there . Then in next breath telling me only two out of four remain . Previous visits always been hostile due to previous issue with his partner who removed a healthy molar 🦷 Then passed me onto her Partner. Visited pre composite filling and charged N.h.s for Scale & Polish. On leaving practice informed receptionist on my plan there was scale & polish charged for , she responded “ will be done next time “ never done !! Absolutely disgraceful that I felt the need to record my last visit to the surgery but so glad I did as I have the recording to collaborate my review . If you are NHS patient , be prepared to be told you have to go private , to get treatment done before this surgery will treat you.

Your Review: I had the most awful teeth and decided to have composite veneers at The Dental Care Centre in popes lane, Totton. My confidence has massively improved, the comments have been amazing from all of my friends and family. The comments are how natural they are and they do not look false. I should have done this years ago. They were so good my elder sister had hers done too! If you’re looking to have this procedure I would 100% recommend them, so glad I didn’t do the wrong thing and go abroad…they were so helpful, explained everything to me and are just brilliant at what they do. It’s changed my life…. I now smile!
