Appointment on time, Dentist welcoming and very pleasant. Gave results after the examination and was encouraging to keep up a good cleaning regime.

Service was fabulous from walking through the door to go in for appointment to leaving. Lovely polite young lady on desk who thanked me for filling forms in online then checked me in. Dental nurse was lovely , polite and friendly and the dentist who I saw for the first time was also really friendly, gave a thorough check up and let me know everything was ok and he will see me in 6 months. Thank you .

Warm and friendly welcome as always, checked my teeth but didn't check my bite and if my teeth are still aligning, then when he was explaining what fillings I would need he was quite heavy handed and prodded my teeth hard and stabbed my gums in the process but if he new then he is still learning I'm guessing

Had an emergency appointment. The staff were great on the phone, helpful when I arrived, even though it was busy, and the clinical staff were really understanding and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had a check up, which subsequently will now require follow up work. The dentist did an x ray and spotted a hidden issue. It was all explained very clearly and arranging the follow up appointment was easy and the dates were flexible. All parties where professional but also friendly and welcoming.
